The scoring rules
Each version of rules_v*.yaml is published as-is, with no processing. Every analysis preserves the version it used and remains replayable.
Published versions
| Version | Published | SHA-256 | State | |

Governance
A rule change follows a public process: pull request with changelog, semantic version bump, review by the pluralist committee (journalist, school librarian, CLEMI trainer, jurist, media-studies researcher), then merge. Each published version becomes archived and remains citable.
To contest the application of a rule to a specific article, an appeal channel will open in v0.3. Appeals and their decisions will also become public.
